CPMP is hosting the annual Career Day Seminar for professionals who are actively seeking tips for career development and personal growth. With the aim of orientating and providing deep understanding about the latest job market trends and best practice of career development, this seminar is designed to enable and inspire our members to discover maximum personal potential and career advancement.

The seminar is composed of 3 sections, each section is interrelated. Some sample topics are listed under each section, speakers are welcome to suggest their own speaking topics, as long as it is within the scope of the section.

Speaker Bio

Aneela has won “Winning Women Doing Business” award twice by WBE Canada and more recently she was recognized by Ernst & Young as one of North America’s Top Women Entrepreneurs via “Entrepreneurial Winning WomenTMAward”. Aneela has been consistently featured as a top Canadian Woman Entrepreneur to watch for with many nominations from different organizations. She has also been recognized for being a trailblazer in integrating skilled immigrants into the Canadian workforce.
Sandra Zoratti, B.Sc., PMP
Associate Vice President, TD Bank Group
Sandra Zoratti is an information technology professional specializing in IT strategic planning, portfolio management, testing, data conversion, and systems integration. She has worked for multiple Canadian financial institutions supporting retail lending, credit cards, merchant services, and auto finance. Currently an Associate Vice President at TD Bank Group, Sandra is responsible for the end-to-end technology supporting the Real Estate Secured Lending business, the Personal & Indirect Lending business, and the Personal Credit Platform. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Toronto and a PMP certification. Sandra is passionate about community involvement and professional development; she volunteers for several community events, including serving on the Board of Directors as Vice President for a not-for-profit organization, Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities.
Canada, Italy and China. In recent 9 years, as Employment Consultant, Bess has assisted nearly a thousand job seekers of over 60 cultural backgrounds in gaining meaningful employment. She also runs her own management consulting firm.
In Canada, Bess obtained a PMP designation, a Diploma from the Career Counsellor program at the George Brown College, and a MBA degree from the Rotman School of Management of University of Toronto.
Bess is passionate about giving back to the community. She has voluntarily shared her expertise and time for the last ten years as a board member in multiple professional and community organizations, including CPMP, CPAC and Tianjin Association of Canada.
